Blitz
Assistant Professor, OCU School of
Law
Marc Jonathan Blitz is Assistant
Professor of Law at the Oklahoma
City University School of Law.
Blitz's research focuses on
constitutional law (particularly
First Amendment free speech and
Fourth Amendment search & seizure
protections) and draws heavily on
history and political theory.
Prior to joining OCU School of
Law, he practiced for four years at
Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and
Dorr LLP, in Washington D.C., where
his practice areas included
constitutional law, anti-terrorism
security measures,
telecommunications, privacy law,
computer law and intellectual
property. He also has dispute
resolution experience as a mediator
the Center for Conflict Resolution
in Chicago and for the United States
Postal Service, and as an arbitrator
for the Better Business Bureau of
Chicago and Northern Illinois.
