David Asetoyer
Oklahoma State Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse


David Asetoyer brings more than 23 years of education and experience to the field of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. 

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern State University in Psychology with minors in Native American Studies and Biology.   David is a certified chemical dependency counselor, and has also received extensive training through the National Multicultural Institute as a diversity trainer and policy analyst.

David is highly sought after throughout the United States and Canada as a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator because of his entertaining, enthusiastic and enlightening approach to helping people help themselves.  In his spare time, David enjoys anything creative, and is currently training to run a 50 mile ultra run. 

He currently lives in Oklahoma City with his best buddy, Arlo the Pit Bull.
